An Interior design and furniture ecommerce business that has recently moved to the West Midlands are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their small team. They supply premium products for both interior and exterior and sell D2C and B2B.

What will you do?
- Process customer orders
- Assist customers with pricing queries advising on products ranges
- Account Manage several major retailers and their order requirements
- Attend Tradeshows meeting retail customers
- Manage customer CRM, updating products information price structures
- Raise customer quotes, making outbound calls to follow up on sales
What will you need
- Experience of managing customers and raising quotes
- Working with the interior design or furniture industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Sage and Excel
- Happy to be onsite
- Ability to deal with customer complaints and work independently
- Previously worked in Internal sales or sales administration
