B2B Campaign Marketing Manager

Salt is proud to collaborate once again with one of the worlds largest Software Giants as they seek to hire a Senior Campaign Manager to join their EMEA Digital Campaigns team. In this immediate starting, 12 month contract role, you will develop B2B campaigns and associated content to drive pipeline creation. Working with both external and internal specialists, you will develop, activate, track, and measure the impact of these campaigns on an ongoing basis and build deep and broad relationships with key stakeholders, influence product strategy, and operate as a trusted advisor for their regional partners.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Oversee the build and deliver of pan-EMEA pipeline creation campaigns including strategy, messaging, content, integrated multichannel execution plan and performance reporting.
  • Support the global content teams to input into the global strategy, and drive content requirements for EMEA.
  • Apply insights to identify creative openings for thought leadership content.
  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to integrate activities and improve the value proposition, communicate across the campaign calendar, content pipeline and generate feedback and new ideas for implementation
  • Partner with the analytics team to define and track impact at campaign activity and deliver relevant insights for optimisation.
  • Work to set KPI's and drive course corrections throughout all campaigns.
  • Lead the campaign & content agency to deliver top quality campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Skills Required:

  • Hold min 10 years of marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working with consumer and technology brands and products/ B2B marketing exp is ideal.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of market complexity, trends, themes and needs.
  • Be a critical thinker, unearth ground-breaking insights and shape the debate on key issues.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, a strategic listener, effective communicator who can navigate sophisticated org structure.
  • Ability to motivate change - a problem solver and process-oriented
  • Think differently to drive ideas, develop and produce creative campaign concepts
  • Proficient in German or French is a bonus but not essential
