- Maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Schedule and manage face-to-face appointments, leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Respond to new business inquiries, offering exceptional service.
- Develop an understanding of the organisation's products and lending policies.
- Identify and develop relationships with mortgage intermediaries, professional introducers, and direct borrowers.
- Comply with industry regulations and policies.
- Attend industry events and head office meetings as required.
? Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Proven track record of success in sales, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Technical product knowledge in bridging finance and Buy-to-Let finance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Achievement of sales targets within set timelines.

- Experience in the wider specialist finance market.
