  • Maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Schedule and manage face-to-face appointments, leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Respond to new business inquiries, offering exceptional service.
  • Develop an understanding of the organisation's products and lending policies.
  • Identify and develop relationships with mortgage intermediaries, professional introducers, and direct borrowers.
  • Comply with industry regulations and policies.
  • Attend industry events and head office meetings as required.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Technical product knowledge in bridging finance and Buy-to-Let finance.

  • Experience in the wider specialist finance market.
