On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a thriving ceramics company that is looking to grow significantly. This company provides quality dinnerware to a variety of businesses within the hospitality industry, offering bespoke crockery to some of the world's best restaurants and hotels.
In this mixed role you will oversee a large team, you will be engaging with the general management of the factory including rectifying any internal issues, dealing with technical production and the creation of bespoke new products, following health and safety procedures, training new employees and working on the overall efficiency of the running of the factory. This is a Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm role with a late start on Friday.
