A growing alternative investment firm with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years is looking to hire an EA to support a new COO joining the business. The role will be supporting the COO with some support for a couple of other Senior leaders in the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a pivotal EA role where you will be required to help guide a new COO into the business and provide seamless support to a couple of senior leaders. This a perfect opportunity where you can be hands-on and involved with company-based projects should your workload allow! Typical duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Complex travel coordination on a global scale
- Supporting with board administration
- Assisting with projects
- Involved with other ad hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience supporting at C suite level, ideally from an SME environment where you will be able to navigate around a more unstructured firm. You will be confident, enthusiastic, a natural people person and able to be that approachable "go to " person for the business.
Essential requirements:
- Experience at a senior (board) level.
- Experience in a medium-small corporate company
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
