Berry recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for our client in Leatherhead.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm. This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible for the next few weeks. It does have the potential to become permanent if you get on well.
Pay rate:
£15.50 per hour
Main duties:
- Ensure that food is produced to high quality and presentation.
- Working alongside and reporting to the Chef manager and facilities manager.
- To always comply with client, company and legal requirements such as health and safety.
- Ensure the customers always receive a prompt and courteous service.
- Personal appearance, including uniform are always of the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Basic food hygiene level 2.
- Culinary qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds)
- Experience in a similar role (Contract Catering/corporate catering).
- Work well in a team/proactive.
- Customer focused is a must.
- A can do attitude.
