Duty Chef

Berry recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for our client in Leatherhead.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm. This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible for the next few weeks. It does have the potential to become permanent if you get on well.

Pay rate:

£15.50 per hour

Main duties:

  • Ensure that food is produced to high quality and presentation.
  • Working alongside and reporting to the Chef manager and facilities manager.
  • To always comply with client, company and legal requirements such as health and safety.
  • Ensure the customers always receive a prompt and courteous service.
  • Personal appearance, including uniform are always of the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Basic food hygiene level 2.
  • Culinary qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds)
  • Experience in a similar role (Contract Catering/corporate catering).
  • Work well in a team/proactive.
  • Customer focused is a must.
  • A can do attitude.
