Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm Role)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team.
This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Participate proactively in the accurate picking, unloading, receipt, replenishing/order assembly, despatch, and loading of goods within the Healey and Lord warehouse and logistics operations.
- Carry out warehouse duties as instructed and required.
- Liaise in a friendly and polite manner with customers and staff as required during the course of your duties.
- Assist in maintaining correct stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable work environment.
- Communicate any issues of an operational nature to the warehouse manager in the first instance or to the Managing Director if the warehouse manager is not available.
- Actively promote and participate in the smooth running of the warehouse.
Working Hours:
- 08:00 to 17:00 with ½ an hour for lunch (42.5 hour working week)
Proposed Rates of Pay:
- £12.50 per hour
Additional Information:
- A flexi forklift licence would be a bonus as we would look to provide this training for a warehouse operative once they are with us on a permanent basis.
