Eteach is currently looking for an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our team for our new Platform - CoverStaff. CoverStaff is the revolutionary new temporary staffing platform from Eteach, empowering Teachers, Tutors, and support staff to connect directly with Schools for temporary cover and supply work without the need for recruitment agencies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building and maintaining candidate relationships for a range of schools within South Wales and Bristol.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels
- Use of telephone, internet search, job boards and the Eteach database to identify suitable candidates
- Assisting with candidate screening while coordinating and scheduling initial candidate interviews
- Collaborate with Eteach team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processes
- Work closely with account managers to ensure a smooth process for both candidate and client
- Providing administrative support to the clients and team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or talent sourcing (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (essential)
- Knowledge of the education sector (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills (essential)
- A proactive and positive attitude (essential)
