A fantastic opportunity is now open for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to become part of a small, friendly team on a part-time basis.
The chosen candidate will oversee a broad spectrum of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the director's offices.
This position demands exceptional organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage confidential information discreetly. The Personal Assistant will serve as a primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, promoting efficient communication and coordination.
This is a part-time, temporary role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Maintain and manage the directors diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments, meetings, and engagements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Ensure the director is well-prepared for meetings by organising necessary documents and information.
  • Assist with correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Personal Assistant experience:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
