Job Specification: In-House Litigation Solicitor
Location: Northampton

Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and car allowance

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced In-House Litigation Solicitor (5 years PQE+) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice, and supporting the business in minimising legal risks. This role requires a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Management: Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to, householder litigation, property disputes, construction claims, contract disputes, and regulatory issues.
- Legal Advice: Provide clear and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of litigation issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Dispute Resolution: Engage in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favourable outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally with some in-house experience within the property or construction sector.
