**Salary –**up to £35,000 reflecting your experience and specialist knowledge, enhanced by a generous car allowance (or company car option).
Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday!

About you
- You'll have proven experience in developing and implementing training programmes, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
- You'll have knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector, including FCA regulations.
- You'll be skilled in managing relationships with senior management and operational teams.
- You'll have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic learning projects.
- You'll be a creative thinker, able to adapt training programmes to meet evolving business needs.
- You'll develop and implement training programmes, including inductions, system/process training, and soft skills workshops.
