We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Lawyer to join an established and busy Legal 500 firm situated in the heart of Birmingham. This highly regarded department are looking to department are looking to add an experienced and motivated individual to the team.
Candidates will be competent in:
- Specialist advice in all aspects of building, construction and engineering work
- the provision of advice in construction law and the promotion of initiatives to this end
- the ability to master complex regulations and procedures with careful attention to detail and to explain and provide advice to clients
- the ability to think laterally in order to consolidate and support a variety of projects
Minimum 2 years PQE. Excellent communication, business development experience and commercial awareness is essential.
Salary: £45000-70000 depending on experience
