Senior 2nd Line Engineer
Witham (fully onsite)
£32,000-35,000 per annum (DOE) + excellent benefits
I have partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider who are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Witham.
Responsibilities:
- To provide 2nd Line Support- remotely to clients across the UK and onsite to internal users
- To provide support via phone calls, emails, ticketing systems and face-to-face
- Escalating issues to 3rd line engineers
- Resolving issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Providing basic network support
Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a 2nd line position
- Previous MSP experience
- Active Directory/group Policy
- Azure/Azure AD
- Virtual Machines- VMWare/Hyper-V/Citrix
- SCCM
- NS Exchange
- Office 365 administration
- Exposure to Windows Servers
- Understanding of basic networking protocols- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
