Are you a Design Technology Teacher seeking a new, exciting opportunity? Empowering learning are currently working with a "good" Secondary school in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for a Design Technology Teacher to start in September for the full academic year.

This position is full time and will be teaching Design Technology up to GCSE. Knowledge on the Design Technology GCSE Curriculum is essential & a proven track record of delivering high quality GCSE results.

Paying up to £230

£150 Welcome Bonus

Duties of a Design Technology Teacher:

  • Teaching & Delivering Design Technology GCSE Curriculum
  • Sole focus on delivering high quality lessons each day.
  • Sit in on SLT Team Meetings, having a say on Key Decisions within the School
  • Managing Behaviour - Building Relationships with staff, students & parents
  • A person who is passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject.
  • Be able to work well as part of a close-knit team as well as think on your feet.

  • Good behaviour management skills and be confident following school behaviour policies.
  • A substantial school reference.
