This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join a prestigious Recruitment Specialist within the Automotive Recruitment Sector, representing many industry leading companies.
Resourcer / Database Administrator
Salary: up to £25,000 OTE £32,500+
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Resourcer / Database Administrator key responsibilities:
- Resourcing for all consultants
- Search across multiple job board databases for candidates using Boolean search
- Creation of agency CV's
- Working on special projects with Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Database Management
- Lead Sourcing
- Create effective search Boolean strings for candidate resourcing based on supplied candidate criteria
- Support with General Admin
- Any ad hoc duties required by the business
The ideal Resourcer / Database Administrator:
- Previous experience as a Resourcer
- Knowledge of recruitment industry
- Dedication and commitment with a desire to succeed
- IT literate and proficient in the use of the Internet, Social Media Channels, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Administration / Database Administrator experience
- Excellent work ethic and drive
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to collaborate and offer new and creative approaches to work
You will be provided with full training by the Recruitment Manager, and will receive ongoing technical and soft skills training.
