Role and Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with pre-set activities.
- Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Providing support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition of lesson plans.
