Junior Office Manager

We have just taken a fabulous role for an experienced Office Administrator/Manager to join thriving little organisation based in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartley Wintney.

It is essential that all applicants have good admin and IT skills and enjoy a busy and varied workload.

The role will also include assisting with managing the office, so it will suit someone who perhaps wants to be an Office Manager of the future!

Duties:

- Dealing with new staff compliance and ensuirng legal paperwork is always up to date
- Answering the office telephone and taking accurate messages
- Booking shifts with clients
- Allocating staff to the work rota
- Updating in-house computer systems
- Ensuring documentation is all in order and filed accurately
- Meeting staff to discuss any issues that may arise and managing their absence and holiday allowance
- Administration
- Other related tasks

We need someone that has the following qualities:

- Professional and articulate
- Highly presentable and confident over the phone and in person
- Good standard of IT skills
- Polite and courteous telpehone manner
- A real team player
- Someone who is proactive and likes to be in a busy and sometimes demanding working environment

Benefits:

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but we envisage this will be in the region of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits and real career progression opportunities.
