We are seeking an Administrator to join our growing team in our accountancy practice.

We rely heavily on technology and are looking for someone who can easily navigate our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team of accountants and business advisors
  • Manage and maintain our electronic filing systems
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and client communications
  • Liaise with clients and handle routine enquiries efficiently
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by supporting other team members as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Tech-savvy: You'll work with electronic filing systems, portals, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and bespoke accounting software.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy is critical in maintaining documents and data.
