Role Description
This is a remote contract role for AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyors who can commit minimum of two days per week. Responsibilities include conducting building surveys, costing repairs, meeting deadlines and an exceptional eye for detail is required. There is also an opportunity for MRICS surveyors to undertake Expert Witness work in addition to building surveys.
Qualifications
- Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in the construction or property industry
- AssocRICS / MRICS or FRICS status as defined by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
