The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver excellent service to customers by supporting them with queries over the phone and email.
What will your day look like?
- Providing support to customers over the phone
- Building relationships with customers communicating in a helpful and polite manner

- Keep up to speed with product knowledge and services
- Provide back-office support when required
What experience do you need?
- Experience working in a customer service role within an office environment
- High volume call experience is desirable
- Previously worked in financial services or a similar regulated environment
