We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our dynamic EMEA team for a 6-month interim role based in Maidenhead, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you can leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive strategic decisions across the EMEA region.

Role Overview:

As the Interim EMEA FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the EMEA region. You will work closely with senior leadership, country finance teams, and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for the EMEA region.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making at a regional and global level.
  • Collaborate with country finance teams to consolidate financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Drive financial performance by identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending actions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and financial modelling as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
  • Expertise in EMEA regional financial management.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
