Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a business who are based on the outskirts of Preston and have been operating for over 100 years. They are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant on a full-time and temporary to permanent basis.
Your New Role as the Admin Assistant:
As the Admin Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:-
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to bookings and memberships.
- Ensure incoming calls/emails are dealt with and/or distribute to relevant parties if applicable.
- Posting on social media and maintenance of.
- Process applications for membership, raise invoices for bookings.
- Process card payments
- Ensure party, event, conferencing booking procedures are followed in line standards set by the company.
- Meet and greet users of the venue where applicable.
- General Office Admin.
- Assist in the planning of club events.
- Attend networking/club events where applicable.
- Ensure repeat bookings meet company targets.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by your line manager.
