Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, advising on deputyships, statutory wills, and complex capacity issues.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide clear, compassionate legal advice.
- Handle the financial management and property affairs of clients lacking capacity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of the Court of Protection team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 2+ years PQE in Court of Protection or Private Client work.
- Skills: Strong client management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
