Insolvency Support Executive

Our Client is a leading provider of Corporate Recovery, Insolvency and Restructuring, providing businesses with strategic advice and innovative turnaround solutions.

They require an Insolvency Support Executive to join their team to manage a varied and growing portfolio of Commercial insolvencies, liquidations and administrations. Working alongside the Insolvency Practitioners the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organisation skills, good business acumen and strong report writing skills.

You may also be required to go out and meet with clients in person so the successful candidate must be personable, knowledgeable and comfortable with some travel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Insolvency team through preparation for meetings, reports and client updates.
  • Ensure that ongoing cases and being moved forward in line with client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to the client.
  • Attend meetings both remotely and on site at clients and business premises.
  • Request, review and understand financial information provided for the case.
  • Present findings back to Insolvency team and Instructing client.
  • Attend networking events where appropriate.
  • Support wider CRM team as and when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of the banking and finance industry, knowledge of Invoice Finance would be
  • an advantage.
  • An understanding of financial information
  • An understanding of potential impacts/influences on a debtors ledger in different scenarios
  • Experience of customer/client relationship management.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with peers of all levels.
  • The ability to be a self-starter and manage own workload.
  • The ability to prioritise workload.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships across peers of all levels.
  • Great communication skills, excellent written and verbal skills.
