They are recruiting for a Contracts Manager. As Contracts Manager, you will oversea the creation, and management of supplier and customer contracts as well as the procurement process. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and managing supplier relationships, ensuring optimal agreements and partnerships.
This is a part time role (28 hours), and they are flexible on when these hours are worked during the week. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 4 days per month.

The main responsibilities are
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts.
- Lead the procurement lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related and procurement requests and issues.
To be successful in the role you will
- Ideally have a professional qualification in contract management or procurement, eg CIPS or legal qualification.
- Be experienced in contract management and procurement.
- Have good understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
- Have strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and supplier management.
