Role Overview: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Create a supportive and encouraging environment.
  • Plan and implement creative learning opportunities that are not limited to the ideas of fixed abilities of the children
  • Carry out observations and update records to support students with their development
  • Interact and communicate with families to build strong relationships

Key Qualities: Successful candidates will:

  • Have experience teaching in Year 3 or Key Stage 2
  • Communicate effectively and calmly, relating well to both children and adults within the school.
  • Be creative to plan and implement teaching opportunities for all children
