Commercial Operations ManagerLonodnMonday to Friday40 hours a week £60,000 per annum We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operation with financial process management, profit protection processes & general commercial support in our ESS contract. To investigate and implement commercial efficiencies and support the contract director in making the contract profit making without subsidy.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure commercially our operations are seamless, employees are till trained, and our commercial equipment is in fully working order.
- To produce weekly flash figures, monthly reporting on financial performance of contract in conjunction with Finance business partner.
- To provide client commercial pack monthly, sharing performance and KPI's for analysis.
- To manage till and PED inventory across the estate to ensure all are asset logged and in working order.
- To support the units with Nexus, Our time & SAP programs to ensure all information is correct and flowing between systems. Ensure team have inputted all information as required on systems.
- To have oversight of all customer billing and revenue capture across the estate, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.
- To manage labour trackers to ensure any additional spend on labour is authorised and spent wisely.

Person Specification
- Previous experience in Commercial based role
- Self managed
- Previous Catering operations experience
