About: A boutique Property agency specialising in high end residential properties who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their discerning clientele. This is a close knit team of dynamic, entrepreneurial, experienced and successful property professionals.

Job Summary: The Property Manager and Tenancy Progressor will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of London properties. This position requires a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong understanding of Lettings and Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of high-net-worth residential properties.
  • Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and condition reports (all most properties within close proximity to the office).
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with high-quality contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with landlord and tenant legislation, including relevant luxury property regulations.
  • Managing rent collection and arrears, ensuring timely payments and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy terminations.

Tenancy Progression:

  • Managing the entire tenancy lifecycle, including the move-in and move-out processes.
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and credit scores for potential tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and deposit registrations.
  • Handling deposit disputes and returns efficiently.
  • Coordinating check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring the property is in excellent condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Property Management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with discerning clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • A professional and polished demeanour.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
