SMT Supervisor, Stonehouse
Job Description:
- Supervise the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations in the company
- Ensure smooth functioning of the SMT process and equipment
- Coordinate with production team to meet production targets
- Maintain quality standards and ensure product specifications are met
- Train and supervise SMT operators
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the SMT process
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT operations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in training and supervising staff
