We are pleased to be supporting a manufacturing SME based in Upper Langford in recruiting a Part-Time Accounts and Office Administrator to cover maternity leave from mid November through to at least October 2025 (potentially December). You will be working 3 days a week, Monday (essential), Tuesday & Thursday ideally.
Day to day duties will include:
- Basic accounts administration - purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
- Making supplier payments
- Prepayment & Accrual Spreadsheet maintenance
- Managing the banking and cash flow spreadsheets
- HR - Keeping track of Holidays / sickness records
- Logging of Production clockcards weekly
- Other general administration tasks as required
This role is best suited to someone with good accounts/bookkeeping experience used to working on Sage 50 in small or SME businesses. This role is offering an hourly rate of £14ph and there is onsite parking.
