What the Compliance Manager job involves
- Develop and manage the compliance monitoring plan, assessing risk within the organisation and ensuring all regulatory standards are met.
- Produce reports for the senior leadership team on the compliance and risk with commentary, actions and recommendations to monitor any potential threats and weaknesses.
- Identify any new potential regulatory changes and the potential impact to the organisation and its customers, Creating a monitoring plan and structure to roll out the changes.
- Training all staff on up to date FCA, PRA and Anti Money Laundering regulations to keep knowledge up to date for the organisation. Reviewing all control measure, procedures and processes.
- Manage all data subject access requests.
- Review any suspicious activity on customer accounts and transactions to mitigate the risk of financial crime within the organisation.
Skills required
- Experience of working in Compliance / Risk from within the financial services sector
- Understanding of Anti Money Laundering regulations
- FCA /PRA knowledge or experience

- Full time 35 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Flexible working (4:1 or 3:2 working in the office or at home)
