An exciting opportunity for an aspiring lawyer or paralegal to join a leading US law firm as part of their top tier Restructuring team in their London office.
The role will see you supporting the firms fee-earners with a range of duties including:
- Proofreading and document turnaround
- Discovery and document comparison
- Legal research
- Preparing documents for closing and signing
- Indexing and preparing transaction bibles
The perfect Paralegal will have excellent academics and the passion to work in a fast paced and rewarding US law firm.
Salary for this role is up to c£40k DOE with hybrid working and excellent benefits on offer. This Paralegal position is being offered on an initial 6-month FTC.
