The Role:

As a Market Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in maintaining and expanding our portfolio of High Modulus/High Strength Glass yarns, including our flagship product, MAGNAVI™. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our team in Japan, as well as travel across the UK and EU to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales volumes, revenues, and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for existing and new products.
  • Manage sales administration, including pricing, stock levels, and order placement using SAP S4 HANA.
  • Travel to support business and customer needs, sometimes at short notice.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Technical discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Technical and commercial competence.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
