Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join a Professional Services Firm located in Central Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
Up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits
- Upload starters & leavers on the system
- Collate Sick/SSP/SMP forms to process on the system
- Administering payroll adjustments, Back Pay, Attachments, DBS or Loans
- Administer payroll queries
- Administer the weekly payroll
- Send out pay slips each week
- Administer expenses & credit card
- Administer the Holiday Calendar for our administration & management team
- Assisting the set up of new employees with pension information and setting up deductions
- Assist in submitting pensions schedules
- Produce monthly reporting for DBS & RTW to ensure our staff are compliant
- Assist daily cash postings
- Assist Invoicing & updating hours on the invoice database within the system
- Assist in purchase ordering
- Assist sending customer statements out
- Purchasing of office supplies & raising purchase orders as required
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Motivated and eager to learn and grow
- Good IT skills
- Positive attitude
- Happy to travel to Stoke 1-2 times per month (travel costs covered)
