Our client is a well-known brand within the property industry. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team in Enfield with a minimum of 1 year experience to look after a portfolio of around 150 properties. Are you great at multitasking? About you:
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to problem solve.
- Professional approach to customer services
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
- Raising rental agreements
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Dealing with property maintenance.
- Collection of rents.
- Payments to landlords
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
