Admin Support
- Location: Central Redhill
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays
- Contract: 3-month temporary, potential for extension

Responsibilities:
- Administer occupational pension schemes, manage new joiners, leavers, and retirees
- Communicate with clients via phone, letter, and email
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Handle queries and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor workflow and meet service levels
- Perform manual calculations accurately
- Support the team on complex projects
- Learn and understand clients' pension schemes
- Suggest service improvements
Requirements:
- High accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused and computer literate
