Stock Control Assistant

- Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:30
We are currently seeking a Stock Control Assistant for a temporary 7-day assignment. The role involves managing stock within the warehouse/stores, ensuring accurate stock levels, and assisting with the movement and loading of goods.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Shift, move, and load goods efficiently within the warehouse/stores
- Relocate stock across the warehouse/stores as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels to support business operations.
- Conduct stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and movement of goods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for conducting stock counts and completing necessary documentation.
