Team Leader - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £33,000
Hours: 4.5 hour days over 9-10 days a fortnight (Flexible, Weekends)

Are You an Inspirational Leader in Mental Health & Learning Disability Support?
We're looking for a Team Leader to lead and develop a dedicated team delivering person-centred support for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a pivotal role ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and compliance with best practices across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, fostering a person-centred culture
- Covering 4 homes each supporting 3-4 individuals
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews to achieve individual outcomes
- Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and training needs
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Willing to get involved with helping staff with hands on work
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in mental health/learning disability support & team leadership
- Strong person-centred approach (PCP training desirable)
- Ability to motivate staff and manage resources effectively
- An experiences Team Leader or Deputy Manager
- Flexibility - must be willing to work across shifts, including weekends/on-call
Desirable (Not Essential):
- NVQ Level 3 in Care/Management (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience in budget/resource management
