I am working with a premium hotel and spa who are in search of an Events Sales Assistant to join their team.
Role:
You will be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings and identifying new prospect business opportunities
- Handling incoming sales enquiries (telephone and email)
- Responding to all enquires in a timely manner
- Following up on leads
- Providing accurate quotations for weddings & events
- Raising invoices and deposit handling
- Supporting the planning team
- Completing viewings on all clients within to view the revenue
- Providing a high level of customer service
The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality events background and be looking to join a passionate team
