Position: Building Services Estimator
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Estimator to join a busy team within an established building services company.
This position will be dealing with estimating and sales for M&E Service and Maintenance contracts that cover on a national bases. The right person for this position will already have experience estimating for commercial service and maintenance contracts (M&E). They need to be passionate in dealing with the sales process in relation to this and have very strong IT skills.
This is an office based position, but will be required to visit sites at least a couple of times per week
It would be an advantage if this person had a commercial maintenance technical background
Requirements
- Experienced in Commercial Building Services Estimating
- Ful UK driving licence
- Must have experience in estimating for service contracts
- Mechanical or electrical bias estimating
- Based in a commutable distance to St Ives Cambridgeshire
- Strong sales background
- Able to produce accurate documentation
