A lovely client seeks a permanent full-time live-out Senior Care Assistant in Shoreham-by-Sea (Sussex). The Senior Care Assistant is needed to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota-based schedule. This Senior Care Assistant position is due to start ASAP.
The Senior Care Assistant's duties include:
- Lead the team of Care Assistants
- Train new staff
- Create care plans and ensure their delivery
- Monitor general health and vital signs of residents
- Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents
- Fill in medical reports
- Communicate with families about their loved ones' progress
- Assist with personal care requirements
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when required
- Ensure the residents are safe and comfortable at all times
