Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems with financial data.
- Supplier and Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice queries and payment issues.
- Payroll: Support the payroll function.
- Support Month-End and Year-End Processes: Assist with closing activities and audits, ensuring all financial information is accurate and complete.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, correspondence, and document management.
