Senior PMO Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join our team and collaborate directly with the Head of Change.

This role is critical to influencing and driving a portfolio of transformative projects within a well known global Lloyd's of London Underwriter.

Candidates must have substantial experience in a similar role within the

Lloyd's of London insurance market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Reporting: Establish and maintain comprehensive project planning, reporting, and documentation practices.
  • Change Framework Development: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of a formal Change Framework to streamline processes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to Business Continuity Plans, Action Logs, and Data Quality Frameworks.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the execution of small-scale projects, assist in testing and defect resolution, and provide overarching support to the Operations function.
  • Coordination & Communication: Facilitate workshops, draft communications, and support the Project Management team in project analysis and coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Reporting & Financial Management: Generate detailed reports for management, assist in financial tracking and management, and uphold PMO governance.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to PRA and FCA conduct rules.

Skills and Experience:

  • Transformational Programme Support: Demonstrable experience in supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management processes.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional coordination abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Excel, SharePoint, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.

Hybrid working model, varying from 2-3 day per week in the office, depending on needs of the business.
