Business Director - £75k - London (Hybrid) - 2 days in office
We have partnered up with an innovative social media agency, who are seeking a talented and experienced Business Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in organic social to lead and inspire the team.
As the Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of the agency's social media strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts, leading a passionate team, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective social media campaigns. Your expertise in social will be instrumental in fostering client relationships and driving business growth.
The role is based in London with 2 days in office and an incredible benefits package, you'll have the opportunity to travel to clients meetings with this role also. There is huge opportunity for professional growth and development within this forward-thinking agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of social media professionals to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic social media plans that align with client objectives and drive engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
