Position: Finance Assistant
Location: Banbury
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + extensive benefits package
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Manage the sales ledger efficiently
- Handle credit control tasks to ensure timely payments
- Respond promptly to customer queries regarding invoicing
- Allocate payments accurately
- Perform reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
Purchase Ledger
- Verify bank payments against supplier invoices
- Process purchase invoices with precision
Banking
- Manage credit card payments and petty cash
- Conduct bank reconciliations regularly
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ideally studying or AAT qualified; however, candidates qualified by experience will also be considered
