Based Altham, Lancashire

We are currently looking to recruit a bright, forward thinking Coordinator, responsible for inputting and managing our vast range of product data to evidence we are fully compliant in all our product sustainable and environmental claims.

The Role:

  • Data input and maintenance of new and existing product data on our in-house assessment software.
  • Flag anomalies identified, liaising with internal & external sources for missing data and rectify.
  • Resolving queries and answering questions in regard to the data being handled and ensuring correct flow of information to requesting parties.
  • Produce various documentation on compliance, product declaration and life cycle analysis, filing and keeping accurate up to date data records.
  • Producing various reports for circulation to management teams.
  • Close liaison with internal and external customers, including suppliers.

The Person:

  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to learn new data software.
