Product Data Coordinator
Based Altham, Lancashire

We are currently looking to recruit a bright, forward thinking Coordinator, responsible for inputting and managing our vast range of product data to evidence we are fully compliant in all our product sustainable and environmental claims.
The Role:
- Data input and maintenance of new and existing product data on our in-house assessment software.
- Flag anomalies identified, liaising with internal & external sources for missing data and rectify.
- Resolving queries and answering questions in regard to the data being handled and ensuring correct flow of information to requesting parties.
- Produce various documentation on compliance, product declaration and life cycle analysis, filing and keeping accurate up to date data records.
- Producing various reports for circulation to management teams.
- Close liaison with internal and external customers, including suppliers.
The Person:
- Previous data entry experience.
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to learn new data software.
