Overview:
As the UK's No1 skincare brand, No7 is a significant player in the global beauty landscape, sold in the UK, US, Norway, The Gulf, Thailand and more recently, Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Global Assistant Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, this role will be instrumental in supporting the team with initiative development, strategic workstreams, digital acceleration and content creation.
- Lead toolkit development for ‘bronze' initiatives working with agency partners to deliver best in class assets suitable for digital and social
- Support toolkit development for Gold / Silver initiatives
- Support in development of strategic projects
- Lead ‘always on' social content, leveraging your social media knowledge and expertise to deliver a suite of highly engaging social-first assets
- Own and champion social first content development
- Support the brand's digital acceleration, a priority workstream, by delivering best in class digital assets fit for purpose across No7 brand and retailer websites
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for agency partners, local marketing teams, the product team and other key stakeholders
- Highly enthusiastic, with a keen interest and passion for skincare and cosmetics
What you'll need to have:
- Be a collaborative team player
- A passion for and experience creating digital assets and a flair for creating beautiful content
- A keen interest in the skincare/ cosmetics market and trends
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience working with consumer insights to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of brand strategy
