They're a leading UK MRO provider, who are at the forefront of the aviation industry, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth and development. This is a pivotal time to become part of our base maintenance operations, where your expertise will drive their mission to deliver top-tier maintenance solutions.

Role Overview: As an Aircraft Check Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the maintenance of the aircraft fleet. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned maintenance projects, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Maintenance Operations: Manage and deliver scheduled maintenance inputs on time and within budget.

Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a skilled team of engineers, ensuring top performance and compliance.

Regulatory Compliance: Issue certificates of release for specific aircraft types, ensuring all work meets Part 145 Aviation Legislation.

Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and innovation in maintenance processes, contributing to company initiatives and projects.

Communication: Provide daily briefings and progress updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Health & Safety: Uphold commitment to safety by ensuring all procedures are followed and conducting regular audits.

What We're Looking For:

Certifier Expertise: B1 licensed engineers with C certification for A330/A320 type ratings.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Base Maintenance as a B1 and/or B2 certifying engineer.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Part 145 Aviation Legislation.

Skills: Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
