Major Players are working with a London-based creative agency to recruit an Account Manager into their team. As an Account Manager, you will report to an Account Director and manage the always-on organic social content, from ideation through to production and implementation. You'll lead content and campaign briefs, and manage integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, Print, Social, and Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client briefs, conduct Q&A sessions, and coordinate internal resources.
- Initiate and host kick-off meetings and manage project plans.
- Create cost estimates and scopes of work with senior support.
- Handle change requests and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of clients' marketing and brand strategies.
- Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations.
- Brief and work with the production team from pre-production to delivery.
- Attend shoots and manage the integrated production process.
- Manage internal resources and connect them to estimates.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for creativity, advertising, social media, and communications.
- Demonstrate a passion for social media and leverage different channels for brand communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with social channels and best practices.
