Account Manager - Creative Agency

Major Players are working with a London-based creative agency to recruit an Account Manager into their team. As an Account Manager, you will report to an Account Director and manage the always-on organic social content, from ideation through to production and implementation. You'll lead content and campaign briefs, and manage integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, Print, Social, and Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client briefs, conduct Q&A sessions, and coordinate internal resources.
  • Initiate and host kick-off meetings and manage project plans.
  • Create cost estimates and scopes of work with senior support.
  • Handle change requests and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a strategic understanding of clients' marketing and brand strategies.
  • Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations.
  • Brief and work with the production team from pre-production to delivery.
  • Attend shoots and manage the integrated production process.
  • Manage internal resources and connect them to estimates.

Skills & Experience:

  • Passion for creativity, advertising, social media, and communications.
  • Demonstrate a passion for social media and leverage different channels for brand communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with social channels and best practices.
  • Experience in integrated campaign development.
  • Solution-oriented and able to juggle projects under pressure.
