HR Advisor

Our client is seeking an HR advisor to join their team on a three-month fixed-term contract. The company operates several high-profile event sites in Central London, with its head office located in Uxbridge. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry, providing services for large-scale music concerts and sporting events in London.

The role involves supporting the HR Director during a period of organisational change, particularly assisting with the implementation of Workday. Key responsibilities will include testing the system and loading documents, alongside general HR duties such as administrative tasks, handling employee relations letters and emails, and updating HR records.

The contract is set for an initial three-month period, with an ideal start date as soon as possible. The salary is up to £40,000 per annum, pro rata for the contract duration. Some hybrid working arrangements may be available once the contract is in progress.
